Terms of Service — The Organic Mates

By placing an order with The Organic Mates, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us The Organic Mates is a Melbourne-based organic fruit and vegetable delivery service. We deliver certified organic produce boxes to metropolitan Melbourne every Thursday.

2. Orders & Payment All orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59pm AEST for that week's Thursday delivery. Payment is processed at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3. Subscriptions Subscription orders automatically renew on your chosen frequency (weekly or fortnightly). You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time before the Tuesday 11:59pm AEST cut-off with no fees or penalties.

4. Delivery We deliver to metropolitan Melbourne only. Delivery is every Thursday afternoon. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions at checkout. The Organic Mates is not liable for produce that spoils due to an inaccessible or unsafe delivery location.

5. Product Availability & Substitutions All produce is subject to seasonal availability. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. If you prefer not to receive a substitution, a store credit will be issued.

6. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Existing subscription prices will not change without prior notice.

7. Refunds & Credits Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on store credits, damaged produce and cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property All content on The Organic Mates website — including images, text and branding — is owned by The Organic Mates and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, The Organic Mates is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
