Shipping & Delivery Policy — The Organic Mates

Delivery Area We currently deliver to metropolitan Melbourne only. At checkout, enter your postcode to confirm we deliver to your area. We're expanding — if you're outside our current zone, join our waitlist and we'll notify you when we reach you.

Delivery Day We deliver every Thursday afternoon. Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59pm AEST to be included in that week's delivery run. Orders placed after this cut-off will be scheduled for the following Thursday.

Delivery Instructions You don't need to be home. At checkout, leave a safe drop location (e.g. front porch, side gate). All boxes are insulated to keep your produce fresh for up to 4 hours after delivery. If no safe drop location is available, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative.

Delivery Fee Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within metropolitan Melbourne.

Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a notification when your box is on its way.
