Refund & Returns Policy — The Organic Mates

Our Promise We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality certified organic produce every week. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Unavailable Items Occasionally, due to seasonal availability or harvest conditions, an item in your box may be unavailable. In these cases, we'll substitute it with something equally fresh and delicious. If you'd prefer not to receive a substitution, we'll issue you a store credit for the value of the unavailable item, which can be used on any future order.

Damaged or Poor Quality Produce If any produce arrives damaged or below the quality you'd expect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at theorganicmates@gmail.com with a photo and we'll issue a store credit promptly.

Change of Mind As we deal with fresh perishable produce, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We recommend starting with a small box if you're trying us for the first time.

Cancellations Subscription orders can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time before Tuesday 11:59pm AEST for that week's delivery. Cancellations after this cut-off cannot be processed as your box will already be in preparation.
