Which areas of Melbourne do you deliver to?

We deliver across metropolitan Melbourne, including inner suburbs, the eastern and western suburbs. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability in your area. We're continually expanding — if you're just outside our zone, sign up to our wait list and we'll let you know when we reach you.

What days and times do you deliver?

We deliver Thursday afternoon. Orders placed before Tuesday 11.59PM will be eligible for the next available delivery slot. We'll send you a confirmation e-mail when your box is on its way.

Do I need to be home when my order arrives?

No, you don't need to be home. During checkout you can leave delivery instructions — such as a safe drop location (front porch, side gate, etc.). All our boxes are insulated to keep your produce fresh for up to 4 hours after delivery. If you have no safe place to leave it, we'll contact you to reschedule.

Is all your produce certified organic?

Yes. All our fruit and vegetables are certified organic under Australian Certified Organic (ACO) or NASAA Certified Organic standards. You'll find the certification details on each product listing. We work with a carefully vetted network of Victorian growers and select interstate farms for produce not grown locally.

How does the subscription work?

With a subscription you choose your box size (small, medium, or large) and delivery frequency (weekly or fortnightly). Your box is automatically prepared and delivered on your chosen day, and you're charged at the time of packing. There's no lock-in contract — you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time with no fees.

Where does your produce come from?

We source as locally as possible — the majority of our produce comes from farms in regional Victoria, including the Yarra Valley, Gippsland, and the Mornington Peninsula. For seasonal items we can't source locally, we partner with trusted organic growers in Queensland and South Australia. Every product page lists the farm of origin.
